UK Delivery
Standard delivery
- All standard delivery orders to the UK incur no postage costs
- All orders are sent 1st class Royal Mail (allow up to 3 working days from despatch during a normal service)
- Orders are typically despatched the next working day
- In the event of postal strikes, delivery takes longer than expected
- Orders over £50 are sent Recorded 1st class Royal mail. A signature is required to receive the goods. If no-one is in, the carrier will leave a card telling you how and where you can pick it up.
Europe and Worldwide
- Orders are sent 'International Signed For'.
- All orders have an online tracking facility
- Delivery to Europe takes up to 5 working days
- Delivery to the rest of the world takes up to 7 working days
Returns
- If you have changed your mind, or the goods are faulty, please return the product in the same condition as received within 2 weeks from date of purchase
- If the product is faulty we will refund you the postage
- If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will deduct our cost of postage from the refund
- It is the senders responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery.
