Dents History
Dents was established in 1777, when John Dent began an accessory company manufacturing quality leather gloves in Worcester, England.
Dent's two sons, John and William, eventually took over and expanded the company. By 1833 they were employing 133 craftsmen and craftswomen at its factories in Worcester and London, using hand cutting and stitching. This skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail which underpin Dents' worldwide reputation are still being used today.
Although primarily famous for the manufacturing of fine leather gloves, Dents has always been involved with the design and crafting of luxury accessories. Today the Dents Collection includes gloves, belts, handbags, hats, scarves, serapes and small leather goods for men and women. |
