  • How do I order?
    The first step is to place items you like into your shopping basket (click on the ‘add to cart’ button on a product page). This does not obligate you to buy as you can delete an item from your basket at any time. It is only once you click ‘proceed to checkout’ that you will be asked for payment details.

  • How do I Pay?
    View your shopping basket and check your items. Once you are happy with your product selection, click ‘proceed to checkout’. You will be asked for your invoice and delivery address, and then your credit card details.

  • Can I send my order to another person as a gift?
    Yes. Just enter the recipients address under delivery address

  • Will my payment details be kept secure?
    All your payment details are captured by Protx, an accredited payment gateway service that keeps all your details secure.

  • Can I phone through an order?
    We are more than happy to process an order over the phone, and also offer any product advise.

  • How do I know if you have received my order?
    Once you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail

  • Will I be kept updated on my order’s progress?
    Yes. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

  • How much is delivery?
    Our standard delivery service to the UK (1st class Royal mail) is free. Our expedited delivery service (UK only) is £6.00.

  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are typically despatched the next working day. From date of dispatch, our standard delivery service takes up to 3 working days.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Unwanted goods can be returned for a refund as long as we receive the goods within 21 days of purchase. In addition, the goods must be returned in the same condition as sent out i.e. all packaging intact. If you have changed your mind about the product, we will deduct our cost of postage from the amount refunded. It is the senders responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery.

  • Are all items sold by Herbert Jones authentic merchandise?
    Yes. All are products are sourced from the manufacturer, or the licensed distributor for the UK.

  • Do you stock the full range of sizes for belts, socks and underwear?
    Yes. When you view the product details, there is a filter where you can select the appropriate size
