Types of Leather Wallets

  • The Billfold is the ‘standard’ mens wallet, with the banknotes folding over once. Credit cards and I-D cards are stored horizontally or vertically.
  • The Coin Wallet is a variation on the billfold, where one side of credit card sleeves are replaced with a coin pouch. This is particularly popular in Europe where higher value coins are used. Many men still prefer to keep their change in their pocket, because coins can ruin the appearance of the wallet.
  • The travel wallet is the same as a billfold, but features an additional flap or pull out section for inserting a travel card.
